and what was your starting weight?
I was roughly 145 ish. I was always in good shape, some say gentics but I played sports since I was about 5 and played b ball non stop. Starting working out at abou 15-16. I put on 30 lbs naturally (although did use some creatine in HS) through bascily growing up and just working out. When I first started lifting I didn't know what diet even was and ate mickey d's non stop and had a six pack not I got to watch everything or run non stop to maintain a sixer. I have since done two light light cycles and most of the time on cycle go a little bit higher in weight but usually just add muscle and lose fat.
Sorry 10 yrs natural. I believe everyone else should spend alot of time natural, ppl need to learn how to add on muscle naturally more instead of depending on a substance to do all the work. Plus when u make steroids an additive you look that much better.

6. Weighed a soft 240.
3 year - 185 pounds.
Worked out on off for 15 years (7 years probably total), except 2 years solid natural and now 2 years cycling.
Started around 120lbs-125lbs!! 15yrs+ all natural. One cycle last mid summer for the experience and knowledge. 180lbs @5.6"
1.5 years then started juicing,should have went longer natural but wtf

worked out as a teenager on and off .... kept active, martial arts, soccer
then around 20 worked out hardcore for like 8 months went from 130- 165. only using trib and creatine. got busted for pushing. started juicing.
10, now jucin for 2. The ten years came from playing baseball in high school and college
9yrs before the juice, 220 husky to 190 Senior yr. Then gained a couple of pounds to 195lbs before my 22nd birthday, got up to 230lbs. 35lb gain in one cycle pretty good.
About 13 yrs. @ 230#'s now 3 cycles later 255#'s at 5% less bf than started with.
I was 200lb and had lifted hard for 4 years, I know I stated too early.....i wish I would have waited...... o well
started lifting weights when I was 16 and was really fat. been off and on for 8 yrs till this year where i started my first cycle ever and I'm looking better then ever, 212lbs 14bf.
Started working out hard at age 15 to play HS football. I was 127lbs at the time. By my Junior year of HS I was a whopping 147lbs and I stayed there for a year. I continue on the natural path through college, learned a lot about lifting, and gained up to 188lbs by the age of 21. I fell back down to 172lbs after I graduated because I wasn't able to maintain the intensity (eating/lifting) I could in college having a job and all. Finally bought a house at age 26 and was able to put the gym equipment back together in the basement. I worked my way back up to 183 for a year and just couldn't budge it. I knew my body wasn't going to let me grow past 186lbs or so. At 27 I decided to hell with genetics and took my first injection. Now 1 year and 2 cycles later I'm 210lbs and growing. All tolled, worked out for 12 years naturally before turning to the gear. Don't regret my decisions at all.
i was 31 5'5 175 32in waist working out since 9th grade. now 33 about to start 3rd cycle am now 195 still maintain a 32 in waist. if i knew then what i know now id be huge.
Workout for 18 years started when I was ten. Yep this is true I was a fighter at 10 and started lifting. Tried a low dose cycle about a year ago and have done 2 since. All low dose long cycles 99% prescription based. With all the BS I will only do legal prescription cycles now. I can't believe how hard they are cracking down on this stuff is this NAZIville or what!!! ****. Goto MSN today and they just had a big bust on people selling on EBAY of all places. Say goodbye to easy gear from now on, we all have to be normal human beings, our leaders are going to have us wearing the same clothes, marching in a line, eating the same foods, watching the same TV ,saying the same words and doing nothing out of the norm before to long. What a bitch that wil be.....huh?
Oh my bodyweight ranges from 187 - 210 either way. I can naturally increase or decrease at will. Lucky in that sense.
lifting since 16. 16-23 all natural. 23 1/2 i started and i am 25 now. when i started i weighed 192 and my bf was about 20% i now weigh 202 and my bf is 13% i have maintained alot of my muscle.
Lifted naturally for 10 years, got to 195@14%bf at 5'9". Been juicing for a year.
6 years on and off naturally (with use of some prohormones once in a while) not really consistently as in last 3 years while on juice 93 kgs 9%BF 1.84 m right now and pretty much no hair on the scalp lol.was 74kgs 11% BF when started juiciing

started to eat better, got up to 250-260.
just about to do pct for first cycle, trained for 3.5 years natural.
weight now is 310, just started to cut, hoping to drop down to 260 solid as all hell.
