    Insulin help?

    Somone gave me three 10mL bottles of 70/30 humulin insulin . I dont really know how to use this stuff so just want to know when to use it and how much SAFE dosage to use? I am a very active triathlete, could i use it pre race or post for recovery?

    im a diabetic guys do not take 70/30
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
