this is my cycle...just started a week ago
prop 75mg ed
EQ 400mg week
winny 50mg ed last 6 weeks
im at 11% bodyfat now...Im trying to get cut and get big off this cycle this is my workoutplan...is it ok or should I change it up
6 to 8 reps heavy weight....And I workout 1 hour a day 5 days a week
is this ok or should i do lightweight more reps
also im watching what im eating big time but im not doing any cardio...will I see good results doing things this way
