ok i picked up some 25mg anavar, now because they are 25mg each and not in tab form so i could just bite em in half they're in capsule form (orbitz) so i dont want to be taking apart the capsule incase i waste or drop any of it because i was only planning on doing 40mg/day because i want to stay away from sides as much as possible (mainly hairloss, or spark any hairloss) the main reason i picked some up is because im dieting for a trip and im starting cardio today and want to retain as much muscle as possible, it's been a year since ive done anything so i htink this var will go a long way with retaining muscle, but how should i take it? would 50mg/day be too much and would i be taking a chance with the hairline or should i run 50mg,25mg,50mg,25mg... or will this not be effective because the uneven levels??? please help...

Did you make your way to 100mg or the first time you took Var did you do a 100mg? I was thinking maybe you do Var at 40mg then the next time 70mg then 100mg how does that work?
