I wana start this cycle on the first of march and i wana get it done right this time .. so i might need a bit of help here ?? im 26 5 11 " and weigh 196lbs and 10%b/f
Weeks 1-12
Testo prop @ 50mg EOD
Weeks 1-10
British Dragon Andropen 275 @ 275mg Each week
Weeks 1-12
Deca @ 400mg Each week
Weeks 6-14
Novla @ 20mg ED
Weeks 1-14
B12 & B6 @ 200mg EOD
Weeks 14-15
HCG @ 2500iu s for 3 shots Every 5 days
Personally, I would do just do prop/deca and drop the adropen. Thats just me though, because Im a big fan of prop. You're going to have to inject the adropen at least eod anyways, so save some money and just go with the prop as your test.
Also, your HCG should be used during your cycle, not after. (I dont think you even need it for such a relatively short cycle). You could probably get away with nolva at 10mg/day and bump it up if you need it. JMO's

hcg is pointless.
Just run your prop at 75-100mgs ed or eod and the deca at 400mg per week.
proper pct and enti es are a must, and listen to the critiques of the other members that are sure to chime in.

been told to use extra b vitimines because when you cycle your protein syntensis is increased and you need the b 12 an b6 vitimines to help you break all the protein down ?? dont know if im right ??
