    TT winny tabs chew or swallow?

    Do you chew or swallow the TT winny tabs?Also do you guys like them better than **winny?

    i chew all tabs regardless who make it,i feel it gets activated quicker and hope it passes through the liver quicker,im not saying it does but it makes me feel better.

    I dont think it really matters bro. I even hear some tabs taste sweet. Chew or swallow whole, whatever feels best for you.
