    Red face tricep sore as hell

    I injected winstrol today in my tri, went in great after an hour sore as hell! What can I do to relieve some of the pain in the area? I rubbed for a minute right after, should I use a ice pack?

    I think they think that we wouldnt be doing it all the time if it hurt like that. Well we do and alot of do it alot.

    If you think you have it bad read what occurs after a PGF2a shot. From what I remember of reading these guys journals they would take a shot and them the muscle injected in would cramp and burn for a couple hours. Then directly after an injection they would vomit and then sh!t some nasty stuff out. Have tremers and cold sweats. ANd a viariety of other feelings I cant remember.

    like everyone else said suck it up. t4 is much worse. ? why not use a bigger muscle group to. ex. glutamis, shoulder, quad.
