it was recommended to me by a reliable, very knowledgeable friend to split my doses of sust. i am taking 250mg per week stacked with Eq 400mg per week.
now should i inject 200mg of Eq on Mon mixed with 125mg of Sust....and on Wed. or Thurs. the same thing.
I know the sust. doses are low...i want it this way.
My question is: "does this seem like a good idea?" i have already decided to do it unless talked out of it for whatever reason.

sus is very unstable and unconsistant in blood .it really should be taken at least 2x wk.you should take eq 200 mg 2x wk with sus 250 mg 2x wk
why sell your cycle short bro get some more amps and do it right

if you really want to run such a low dose, at least take one cc every 5 days.
I agree, sus should be taken 2 x a week, but look out, gonna be sore..
haven't had a prob. with Sust soreness yet (knock on wood)...i mix it with the Eq....
i know the sust doses, in many people's opinion, are too low. I know people who've done sust 250 per week ONLY cycles and had great results. Like i stated, this is my first cycle. if i'm selling
myself short with the sust, then so be it. i just want to see how my body will react.
so, is splitting the sust at 125mg twice a week with the Eq a plausible idea (if that's all you had to work with)...?????

yeah, it's a plausible idea, but why not do it every 5 days like dane suggested?
