Question not asked yet
Hey guys this is my first post although I've been using this sites info for about 2 years. Heres my question I am 22 years old 185lb 6'2" single 8% or so body fat, in other words SKINNY. I did a cycle at 20 years old test e at 500mgs a week for 8 weeks gained about thirty pounds(lots of fat and water) got to about 210. My question is now that I have done steroids is it possible for me to get above that 210 with alot less fat and water if I train naturally(assuming diet, sleep, training and supps are correct). The reason that I ask this question is that I have read that once you do steroids you can never grow past what you gained(w/steroids) naturally. I was completely uneducated when I cycled the first time I knew nothing about diet sleep or training correctly. Now that I am educated I beleive that I can obtain my goals(very moderate) with training naturally over the course of about a year or at least reach a natural wall and then use minimal amount of gear to break through. My goal is to be about 210 with single digit body fat.
Can I achive this naturally even though I have done steroids before.

If you can hit 200 with 10%bf you would be prime for a cycle. Unfortunately some including myself has hit the sauce before reaching that natural potential. Also the older you get the harder it is. This is why everyone wants you to wait until the 24-25 mark or at least 21.
eat, train, sleep, eat even more but eat clean if you want to have low bf.

What ever your diet tyrns out to be, with your body type, you will NOT gain weight on 3000-4000 calories per day.
You need to exceed 4500 on a daily basis.

First off you should probably get rid of any protien bars if you are trying to keep your diet clean.... Also what is just as important as what you eat, is when you eat it.... post this in the diet forum and you will probably get some better info.

Your diet AND training have to be correct for you & your body.

Hey what the **** is this true? That once you have gained on gear you can't get past that naturally?
I have an additional question though.. If you gain a sertain amount of muscle with gear and loose it over time by any reason. Is it easier to come back to the same level naturally than getting there (naturally) if you didn't have those gains in the first place? In the same way as it is easy for a person to reach 210 lbs if he has been there before..
Sorry for my bad english right now.
