so is nolva the best for preventing gyno or could anybody recomend somthing better? and if you are unfortunate enough to get gyno what is the best way to go about getting rid of it??

Nolvadex is best for preventing estrogen from attaching in the breast tissue. Femara and Liquidex inhibit estrogen from being aromatized in the first place.

If gyno symptoms appear you should run nolva at 60-80mg ED until they disappear and then go with 20mg/day
