How much Nolva for 500mg sus/wk - 10 wks ?

i have 20 amps of sus and planning on 2 a week for ten weeks. how much nolva should i have on hand in case of gyno? i have 33 clomid tabs for post.
ive taken sus before with not the first sign of sides, except maybe a little temper and bigger muscles. i havent taken more than 250mg/wk before though so im thinking this might affect me differently. any help is appreciated

Taking 10MG of Nolva ED during cycle will help prevent gyno. If you notice lumps forming, itchy/swollen nips,etc. bump up the dosage another 10 to 20MG or so.

Taking sustanon twice a week will be a waste. For sustanon to be FULLY effective from ALL the esters, you must shoot it at LEAST E3D and best would be EOD.

I think the general consensus is to up it to 80mg a day until the symptoms subside.

sorry, i figured it out. what if i do 250mg e3d. it would last me 8.5 weeks that way, what do you think? thanks
