First Cycle for friend

My first cycle has finally come in, and is perfect thanks to the help on this board.

I have a friend that wants to do his first cycle with winny. He is 25, 5'10", 200 lbs, and 16% bf. What length is recommended, and he should also add test, correct? Which test goes best with winny? Thanks for the help.

If this is he first cycle, does he wanna shoot everyday or EOD? If he doesn't mind test prop is good with winny. I'd only do winny 5 week and test prop 8 weeks. Eat clean and you should be o.k.
