First cycle queries

Just wanting some pointers clarified.

I am 20 yrs old, 195, 13%BF, 5'11''. bn training hard 3 years( started around 150 @ 16)

I'm planning a cycle of,

1-10 Test E @ 500/wk (250mg on monday and thursday)
1-4 Thai D-bol @ 30mg ED
1-finish 10mg Nolvadex
13-16 Clomid for PCT (150mg first 3 days then 50mg for remaining 18)

Just wanting to know when it should be safe enough to drink alcohol after finishing the D-bol? I would also like to know the best way to split the D-bol dosages? Best time to take them?

I'd also like to just say what a fantastic board this is, bn looking on it for a good few months now(previously used Ukmuscle.co.uk) and it rocks!

You shouldn't really be drinking alcohol at all during the cycle and if you still choose to it should be limited to a couple drinks every now and then.
I would split up the d-bol into 3 10mg doses every 4-5 hours or so.

try to stay of the roids till your 21 a least, but thon't think that will work.
So do a easy: test, deca , dianabol cycle
1-10 250 mg test
1-10 200 mg deca
1-6 30 mg dianabol
