aight guys i have a ? and didnt no what other forum to put this under so i put it here anyways i was just wondering where is yalls favoite injection spot and y is it that i was wondering also if injecting into the delts rather than the glutes would that make u break out worse on ur back,face,arms etc. and if it was a better injection rather than the glute thanks a bunch

I prefer the glute. Where you inject has no bearing on if you will break out or not !!!

I love the quad its the easiet to do in my mind.

i guess it just a matter of prefrence i like to take glute shots, for me less painful at 23g
