i was thinking about waiting 2 days till most of the Dnp is out of my body and do 2 mega carb meals ( 200-400g) pluss 200 g proteins daily for 3 days with lots of cardio and wieghtlifting to stop as much of the fat gain as i can. Will this normalize the natural thyrid produksjon in my body????
btw both weeks i had hard diet with minimal fat, some karbs and all proteins.
first week i lost 5 kgs, second week i lost 0, look leaner my arms and upper body but my legs and mid section look as fat as always. worride i didnt loose much the second week.
