creartine post cycle.
I know some love it some hate it but im curious for those who use creatine when they add it in.. I stopepd taking it duiring cycle due to the water retention thing.. but since im near the end im consideing throwing it in again. I start PCT in two weeks and will be doing prop up till three days before and my question is should i hit up the creatine now or wait till i start PCT? i like to use it to help keep some of the gains (whther it is an illusion due to water or not i feel it aid in keeping a little strength too) so let me know what people think.

(i plan on throwing creatine in my program at the end of my next cycle)

try NO-xlode, it's NO2 + Creatine, but theres no water retention, i've just started taken this stuff last week and this is the best stuff I've ever taken in 10 years as a supplement! it also gives you a great mental focus before you hit your workout!

Just 17 days after finishing last cycle and taking 15g creatine/day as part of pct and keeping gains and strength

Start the creatine a week before your cycle ends that way once you come off, the creatine is in full swing.
