2nd cycle help

I’ve started planning my 2nd cycle but need some help.
Here’s a little bit of history; my first round was 20mg a day of dbol for 5 weeks while running 600mg/w of deca for 7 weeks. I gained 24 lbs once it was all said and done. I have a really high metabolism so I’m always fighting my body to keep gains and because of this I’m constantly on a bulking deit. I weigh 185 right now and am wanting to find a cycle that gives me around 15 lbs of hard, quality gains. I was thinking of running a winny with test enth but I’m not sure what to do because of my high metabolism, I pretty much have no body fat to cut so won’t I be eating away muscle? Anyway any help is appreciated.

the key is in your diet, not what compound you take. just eat eat and eat. not var or winny if your just looking to put on size. any test will put on good weight.

I'd go with something like this:

Wk 1-12 Test E, 500 mgs/week
Wk 1-10 Deca , 400 mgs/week
Wk 1-5 Dbol , 50 mgs/ED
Nolvadex 10-20 mgs ED (you could use letro at 1.25 mgs ED also)
PCT

Pretty basic, but I think you'll gain 15 pounds with this bulking cycle and proper diet. Also, spend some time in the diet forums looking at nutrition for gaining. If you're eating right you should be able to gain even if you're a hard gainer.

I actually forgot to add that I haven't been to keen on running deca again. I loved the look of the muscle it gave me but the sides where a bit much. I guess I’m really looking for something that gives that hard muscle look that deca did to run with the test.

what will the Nolvadex e/d do if I'm running clomid as my pct?

any thoughts on a proper deca substitute?
