things i've learned tonight
my bf is 13%
i wanna get bigger just not you guys big (no affence)
i'm toned but still have a small gut i can't get rid of
it's better to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 30-60 mins 4 times a week
i have a excellent diet ex:
breakfast:1 cup rolled oats with1/4cup of 1%milk and on tablespoon brown sugar 1 slice of multigrain toast i cup orange juice
snack1: 1 once dry roasted peanuts
lunch 2 sandwiches both with multigrain bread 3 ounces turkey 1/2 cup spinach i medium orange
snack 2: 1 ounce dry roasted peanuts 1 cup 2% chocolate milk
dinner:serving of roasted salmon with goat cheese 1/2 cup green beans
i multigrain roll
my question is should i do a eca and try to get rid of my gut then do a cycle and get bigger?
also if i were to do a steroid alternative cycle like the 4 week one do you think these alternatives work?

Like Iowa said bro.... your diet sucks. Not nearly enough protein.
Decide if you want to lose bodyfat or gain muscle because your diet has to be accustomed toward one or the other for you to be successful.

He has been training for 6 whole months... He could look in the diet forum under cutting and also in this forum under cutting, or search the world wide web and get some decent info. I think he wants his training, diet, aas intake, and ancillaries all layed out for him(and while your at it explain each part in detail and why).
