What do i do for water retention??

I need to know how to prevent so much water retention during a cycle. My face gets crazily swollen, and i was wondering if there is something to counteract this. Please give me some info.

l-dex at .5 EOD or ED always works well with me...but no matter what, when
Iam on my face is more puffy than when Iam off...

So drinking MORE water helps to decrease swollenness in the face? I would have never thought that.

L-dex will help it, drinking lots of water will help, and nolva will help but not as much. There are plenty of things you can take. They keep coming out with more and better anti-e's all the time.
