milk and test??
i just got my fourth shot on test enath(250mg)im feeling very strong on the gym ,friend of mine that use to juice up before told me to not use diaries products when im on a cycle, is it true that milk can slow down the gains from test?? thanks for ur help.

I think your friend prolly got that from a diet book, or....its a long shot Pumping Iron. (Arnold says milk is for babies) just my .02

i don't see how it could hinder growth.
but if you are concerned with looking "puffy" while on test, dairy products won't help matters.

i drink on avg. 2 to 3 litres of homo (shut up) 3.25% milk every single day. No probs over here!

ya i wouldnt listen to ur freind either, milk is good for you, i use it in my protein shakes and usually have 2 glasses before bed.

Only suppliment ive heard milk even slightly hindering is ZMA. Milk has protein in it. Protein makes you bigger. Drink away!
