hey okay i had a question to ask tren e how long does it take to kick in and i have 10 ml s of tren e it is okay to go 250 mg a wk or should i go 500 it will only last me 5 weeks if i go 500
okay a buddy at the gym saw me in the swimming pool and he goes to me you have the frame and structure and you have the size but no definition you cant really see your muscles you are buffed up with huge shoulder and chest and okay waist and are wide back and wide in general but you need more definition. now i want to know how do i get more definiton and so people could see your muscles . what percent bodyfat is good to see yur muscles but not lose too much size and i hear words like shreeded and ripped what bodyfat do need to have to be shreeded and ripped. or hard thanks
