    Clen and pumps

im on clen right now 100mcg a day, anyone ever get a tingling sensation in their arms or hands while on? its like a really good pump, a weird one, almost like too much of a pump, is this normal? does it have anything to do with blood pressure?

are you using after cycle? it could be that since your muscles increased in size they r cramping up.. i get this when i have them in certain positions... or it could be your not drinking enough or something so your muscles r cramping from the clen...

Hmmmm Are you lying down when this happens, or are your arms in a certain position that would restrict blood flow?

It could just be over stimulation of the nerves of your skin. Several people get this once in a while. Clen stimulates your CNS, as doesn ephedra. I get it when I use ephedra sometimes. It feels like hundreds of needles poking in my skin all at once.

i am running 160mcg of clen . and i am at the comp. for work most of the day i get the same thing. it is muscle cramps just from being in that position. i am constantly moving my arms around. i get this even without. its all good. just keep watch of it if this is the only problem. good luck!
