Is nolvadex legal in the US and if not what are the laws for bringing it in.

Legal for research use. Your not gonna find any tabs legally unless prescribed by a doctor.

it's a controlled substance. Cant have it with out a script. Best bet is research company. Although, I'd like to note. It's not like a hallucinate drug and I have never heard of customs or DEA coming down on heads with hammers over a pacakge of nolvadex but it's a good concern and, now a days, cant be to sure with the DEA hunt on for anabolics.

I've declared clomid, nolva, and clen at the TJ border crossing without any problems...They can take them though, if they feel like it...
