im takn a 15 week cycle of 100mg test prop eod and 400mg of EQ/week
with the intake of letro @ 1.25mg/eod (this dosage sound right for letro?)
then PCT of clomid with some nolva, doin the standard routine with clomid of 300mg then 100mg then 50...
starting PCT 2 days after final test prop shot
diet: going for a more lean look
around 300g protein
300-400grams complex carbs (a lot of good ol oatmeal)
hardcore weight training 3 times a week... about an hour each day
where i do a pushing day, legs day and a pulling day consisting of this routine
pushing day:
flat bench press 2 sets, 6-7 reps each (after 2 sets of warm up)
incline bench 2 sets, 6-7 reps each
decline bench 2 sets 6-7 reps each
military press/arnold press, 4 sets, 7-10 reps each
behind the head dumbbell tricep press, 3 sets of 8-10 reps
skull crushers 3 sets of 8-10
incline flies, 2 sets of 8-10
decline flied 2 sets of 8-10
legs day
3 sets of squats 7-10 reps
4 sets of leg press (for each individual leg), 7-10reps
lying leg extensions, 3 sets, 7-10 reps
leg curls 4 sets, 7-10 reps
calf raises 4 sets 7-10
pulling day
hang cleans, 3 sets of 4 reps
dead lifts 4 sets of 10 reps
wide gripped cable pull downs - 4 sets of 10 reps
dumbbell pull overs 3 sets of 10
preacher curls, 3 sets of 10
close grip rows 3 sets of 10
concentration curls 3 of 10
wide gripped rows 3 of 10

side lateral dumbbell raises 3 of 10
and on rest days i typically do anywhere from 30-60min of fat burning cardio at 65%max heart rate, along with abs
my stats are:
21 years old
6ft, 220lbs
bench max around 280
arms about 16.75in
dead lift max around 300
been lifting for 4 years but only recently started doing research on it and began eating correctly
any thoughts?
