AAS Bloodwork
The following tests should be run at the end of a cycle and again 4-6 weeks after PCT ends.
• Total Testosterone
• Bioavailable Testosterone (AKA “Free and Loosely Bound”
• Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is unavailable)
• DHT
• Estradiol (specify the Extraction Method, or “sensitive” assay for males)
• LH
• FSH
• Prolactin
• Cortisol
• Thyroid Panel
• CBC
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
• Lipid Profile
• PSA (if over 40)
• IGF-1 (if HGH therapy is being considered)

It is also a very good idea to have a complete hormonal panel done before the cycle. Why? So the individual knows where the hormonal levels are at before he or she cycles, which in turn will provide the user where he or she needs to be after PCT. Bottomline, one needs to know where one is hormonally before the cycle if one is to know where one needs to be after the cycle and PCT. Bloodwork is very, very important!
