ok, i thought i wasn't gonna start AS early but, i feel i know enough to be safe, from a lot of research. i have been liftin for 2 years, and rowing for 5. my stats are 6'3" 209 bf%-?. summer is fast approaching so my cycle is gonna be a cutter so here it is.
week 1-10 eq 600mg/w
week 1-10 cyp 250mg/w
week 6-13 winny 50mg/d
week 13-16 clomid
it was gonna just be an EQ winny cycle but everyone here and others elsewhere seem to like basing their cycles on a test so i threw in the cyp. diet and training are in check, and of course the usual supps protein, glutamine, milkthistle, ALA, etc. nolvadex just in case, but probably wont need it.
also, you guys think i will need arimidex, i don't think i should, but i would appreciate your inputs.
i think that sums it up. all suggestions welcome
