i am running 500mg of enanthate a week and 400mg of eq a week and my nipples are very sore and puffy but no lumps i have been taking 10mg of nolvadex a day and letro 1.25 eod i dont no what to do the puffyness is bad and my left one is a lot more sore to the touch than my right if anyone could help i would appreciate it.

up the dose of the nolva get some proviron if you can n combine the nolva with the prov works for me no more puffy sore nipples

I agree that you should increase the nolva -- I'd try 20 mgs ED. You can also increase the letro to 1.25 ED -- that is what I'm taking now as I'm prone to gyno. Proviron is also good, I use 50 mgs per day....you can get Proviron from your source (if he carries it). A lot of legit sources carry Proviron.

a lot of people on this board think that proviron is not an antiestrongen, but it is in fact a steriod/anti. Trust me I taken it on my last to cycles and it works really well. It made me leaner than **** plus my strength went through the roof
