at the minute im on

9 d-bol a day

1ml of sustanon on sundays

2ml deca on wednesdays

ive done 3 of each so im in to my 3rd week is the gear starting to work now as i keep having hot flushes

should break the deca to two shot a week, i dont like deca without test, and what does are you dbols, 5 , 10 ?

sus should be shot EOD not every week if you where going to do it this way i would have used test eth or cyp

sust should be shot eod due to the short acting ester in it.
test should be higher then deca.
how long are you gonna run this?

i think you should have resaerched alot more before you started stickin youre self.

dont run the dbol for more then 4 weeks and do you have youre pct in order?

too much d-bol. what r your stats?why more deca than sust? sust is a ****ty trst hard to get a constant level...use enanthate next time...

My friends shoot sust 1x a week and get good results. I know its all about keeping blood levels stable, but you don't NEED to shoot it EOD. 2x a week is fine. I think multi-estered gear is a bad idea anyway just b/c its so erratic with blood levels. But my friends keep using it b/c they say it works.........so hey.......power to ya.

of course it works - doesn t mean it s the best idea. and u r right about multi esters. I dunno why sust is so popular in the States...
