so ... a good 50 lean lbs off sustanon @ 500 mg x 8 weeks ... do I have any SERIOUS replies?

Man it depends on alot.
YOur diet....? When you say it's "optimized", you don't state exactly how? Bulking or cutting?
Workout routine...bulking or alot of cardio (cutting)...?
My roomate gained 30 lbs off a "Sust 250mg per week for 12 weeks" cycle! It all depends. Eight weeks is kinda shady though.
Bump it up to 10-12 weeks at least bro. I'd say, with all the proper factors above, on a moderate bulking cycle, 20-30 lbs (alot of water) if run for 10-12 weeks at least. To prevent water retention, which you will most likely have, use Liquidex or Arimidex.

Hey BIG why do you suggest to go 12 weeks instead of 8? has this length been proven to bare better results? i too plan on doing an eight week cycle and based upon research and seeing my friends pack on the beef i would think 8 weeks is ok. Not being argumentitive, honestly, just need it explained thank ........PS- i would add the Dbol weeks 1-4 at 35mgs a day...... HITMAN
There are many variables but if you are looking for personal experieces, I gained 25lbs on my first cycle even though I don't think that I was eating enough. Good luck.
everyone looks at AS as the miracle drug,AS wont do shit for you unless your training,dieting,rest is #1 in priority,i pushed my 1st cycle far down the road cough (NOT THAT LONG) cough until i can find the perfect diet,and chest routine until than im hovering around AR and annoying the crap of everyone by learning:)
too many variables.
anywhere from 0lbs to 40lbs (not all lean mass) based on your stats.
id say youll break 200 easy... probably 15lbs and you should def. do atleast 10wks. get the dbol too....youll gain over 20

If I use the dbol @ 20 mg ED and throw in arimidex throughout the whole cycle at .5 mg ED will that be enuogh to keep the water down ... and not get that "water loss" that is so psychologically devestating at the end of a cycle?

If you add the D-bol you should gain around 20lbs...

Kick up the d-bol up to 35 ed IMO.
