Hi bros!

I really wondered when I faced up with a situation related with AS,as the people say.I couldn't figured out the thing although I researched alot on the net.I decided to ask it to my vivid bros
There is a ex basketball player coming to our gym,he's bout late 30's if I'm not mistaken.The problem is the lumps or a kind of swollen things settled on his back! especially around his spinal cord,errector spinae muscle area.Also I heard another case about this and really wondered What are these bros???Has anybody faced up with these kind of stuff?

sorry mate,I dun have really.But these are little swollen stuff occoured on the lower back.could it be something similar to gyno?I mean gyno is also made of fat and enlarged gland if I'mnot mistaken.Could this can also be occour another part of the body?

i don't know what it is, but i can tell you it's not gyno related if it's in the lower back.
