i think u need to add a base to the cycle.. Test E. or Cyp. would be good.
something like this will help u get your 5-10.
weeks 1-4
dbol 20mgs ED
weeks 1-8
test e. 200mgs week.
weeks 6-10
Var 40mgs ED
3 days after last intake of Var, start clomid.
don't usually see cycles, with Dbol and Var.. but im guessing u already bought the stuff, so if u have, go with what is above.

personally i dont think you should waste your money for "five or ten pounds", i think that five or ten pounds of muscle can be added without any xtra supplementation especially steroids ,my advice,get you some protein, bcaa's, some creatine and eat the fuck out of cottage cheese, potatoes, chicken breasts, turkey, pasta, peanut butter, egg whites, and read some more on the board, i was actually dissapointed that no one pointed you in this same direction,well yall can flame away if you guys want but this is my opinion.... peace

What results could I expect with anavar creatine combo?
From what I have read strentgth gains are good with var, but not good mass gains. Anyone out there try this?

pete...you're correct..anavar will give you strength and not much in the way of actual muscle gains. If you're looking for 10-15lbs of "keepable" muscle (that appears gradually, so it's not TOO obvious) then a good choice would be EQ @ 400mg/week x 8 weeks (or 10 weeks) and maybe winny @ 50mg EOD from weeks 3-8. Also...anavar can be VERY expensive...especially at 40mg/day.
