Can you guys please tell me how much nolvaldex I should use with running just test at 500mg a week for 12 weeks? Would 10mg a day be adequate? Also, how much clomid/nolvaldex should I use post cycle? Should I start PCT therapy 2 weeks after my last injection of test? Thanks.

If you do Nolvadex during the cycle then do 10md ED. You can choose not to and have it on hand just in case. Your choice. Thanks for the help guys. 100mg nolva, .25 mg Arimedex, and 20 mg clomid 14 days after cycle sounds good. Great post by the way to, except I have not quite read all of it yet.

You didnt read it too well.

PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

Another option for Clomid is

Day 1 300mg
Day 2-12 100mg
Day 13-31 50mg

That is what I do.

What kind of Test are you using ?

Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 24 hours after last administration

Test Enathate. So after 14 days I should start PCT right? Should I continue to use the Arimedex .25mg and the nolva 20 mg for the full 30 days?
