Is there such a thing as water based deca and is the effect the same? does it stay in the body for less time?

there is a nandrolone base chemical that theoretically could be put into water based solution. there is no way to extrapolate on the detetction time, because it's the metabolites of nandrolone that are picked up in drug tests, not the drug itself.
