check out this brand......70% saponification,,,in addition has other beneficial ingredients for anabolic users.....for 20 bucks I think this is a good buy

Also the link to the true protein site above or whatever is cool, They sell it in bulk at 90% saponification so its good stuff.

I am more curious as to the mg doses people run of this and will be looking into that...
