Does the "electronic ab stimulator thing" really work?
I've seen a shit load of comercials about the ab stimulator thing that you strap on. Someone told me it works. Allegedly, having it on for approx. 20 min is like doing 400 sit-up's or some shit like that. Anyone tried this out?

ive been waiting for someone to ask this question. I have used the version called body tech, its got 6 pads that you dip in water then strap to ya self, i turned the thing up full(thinking i could handle it plus all the boys were standing around watching me try it out) and shit i thought my body was exploding from the inside out. I think if you used it enough it must work? any way thats my only experience on it so i also would like some feed back about its effectiveness........HITMAN hey just had a though what if you used it when doing a work out lol just dont try any skull crushers at the time.

They work but they will not give you the thickness weights will give you. In my experience as long as you dont have too much fat in the ab area you will see minor results but not long lasting as weights will give you...just my opinion for what it is worth

Just go to the gym and do abs. It always works

it works for people in rehab with injuries or strokes. if you have very poor development (never worked abs before) then it may work, but for a trained athlete, if you just depended on that to work your abs then you will lose abs.
