    Split Question

    What is better?
    Mon-chest..abs
    tues-back..abs
    wed-arms...abs
    thurs-legs
    fri-shoulders, traps...abs

    OR

    mon-chest ..tri
    tues-back..bi
    wed-legs
    thurs-off
    fri-shoulder traps.

    This what I do, it works well for me.

    mon-chest ..tri
    tues-back..bi
    Wed-Off/Cardio
    Thu-shoulder traps.
    Fri-legs
    Sat-Cardio
    Sun-Cardio

    I do cardio in martial arts on mon, wed, thurs night...Do I need more? I'm on a bulking cycle right now

    if your on a bulking a cycle i would do low impact cardio for about 15 to 20 min. three times a week and thats it! save those calories. your trying to bulk right?

    Its not the same for everyone. Keep a workout journal and figure out what is best for you.

    I am getting good results doing the first one you mentioned.
    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Back
    Wed: Bi
    Thur: Tri
    Fri: Legs
    Sat: Shoulders, Traps
    Abs everyday / Cardio 10 min 3 times a week/ @ off days following this routine. I am currently running Test enan 600mg/wk for 12 weeks and Deca 400mg/wk for 10 weeks. I am seeing pretty good gains thus far

    10 minutes of cardio? forget it, do at least 2x30minutes per week.
