    otc for joints?? help please

    anyone know of any good over the counter supplements for joints that really work? i am taking anadrol with my cycle,but i want something extra that works good.

    the only thing that will help u at this point is adequan, but u can't get that without a prescription, oh and a horse!

    you can try glucosamine it takes about 3-4 weeks to build up

    IF you can get some Celebrex, use it. If not, Glucosamine.

    deca @ like 200mg a week also works well to lube u up
    check out this site
    www.vitamins.com they have vitamins, gluco, etc at very very low prices they dont sell gear or ancillaries just vits.

    Glucosimine worked well for me. I cant wait to try aqueden, but its not OTC.

    Glucosamine 500/ chondriatin 400.

    Generic cost $20 for 100 pills or there abouts. Go to your local drug store and look at the ostreo biflex, look at the active ingredients (think I have them right above) and buy the generic stuff.

    Sh*t works.

    Glucosamine is great. It takes a while for it to build up enough to feel it but it works great.

    glucosiminr 1 g ed
    msm 1-2 g ed

    takes about 3-4 weeks to fully kick in after that you notice a big difference
