    Does synephrine better for dieting?

    No, they are not the same. Both are central nervous stimulants. The main difference is that ephedra is a general CNS stimulant that stimulates a lot of different kinds of receptors and synephrine targets specific CNS receptors and leaves the others alons. I can tell the difference between the two because synephrine dosen't give me the same kind of "crash" when it wears off as ephedra does. IMO it is much better than ephedra..... no headaches, no crash, etc.... Hope this helps.
