I just got my lab work back. It says my test is at 861 NG/DL and my free test is at 20.7 PG/ML. Are these high or low?

Ranges can vary depending on age but most use references of 241-827ng/dl for total. Some labs will say 260-1000ng/dl as a reference. Free levels are around 8.3-35pg/dl (or about 3% of total). Both your levels are really great ,on the upper end. Anytime your levels are high you should also get your estrogen level check too . Tests to estro ratio's are very important for example you could have the max test level and very high estro with a ratio say like 10:1 and that is very bad. Better have a lowertest level with a ratio of 50:1
