Oral B-12 'dots'?

What's a good daily dose of oral b-12 for appetite increase? i know the inj. are better but i wanna try the orals first, i'm already inj. alooot of other shnit.

Oral B12 is useless, and its been gone over so much on here. You'd have to take like 100 of them daily for it to have any effect at all.

If you inject other stuff, just mix the B12 in with it, it doesnt hurt at all......
