Bowflex And Gear

I just saw a commercial on the bowflex. They claim this guy to put on 12 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks training with bowflex. My ? is why don't we all drop the roids and spend our money on the bowflex. Then we'll have more time at home to take care of other business.

Im a big fan of the supposed 50 year old grandma that uses bowflex and is just off the charts hot!!!

The same reason we dont all give up our cutting diets to take TrimSpa and lose 70lbs just like Anna Nicole....riiight..

I use gear and bowflex. I find that picking up the whole bowflex and using it for clean and jerks and slow military presses is very effective. The pump is awsome.

I do have problems with the wands slapping me in the face when I do this tho. Hate it when that happens.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have used the bow flex and i think its a piece of **** and that anyone gaining ten pounds of that crap is impressive i dont think anything beats Free wieghts and juice and those ****en infomericials are full of **** oh ya he gained 12 pounds and you can also have abs in 6 mins a day RIGHT!! bowflex wont let you isolate the muscles as you can at a real gym!!!!!!! **** that got me worked up

My wife is 48 and looks about the same. And she is completely natty. Great genes. Her mom is 72 and still looks good.

Trust me, people do live past fifty.

The male bowflex models are skinny, but there is no way they even got THAT big using that thing. I broke my buddies lol. 400 lbs of bench resistance my ass, it felt like 300.

The only way I would buy one is if the 50 yr old granny came with it. Bowflex might be able to put 12 lbs on a person who has never worked out before but for a serious trainee it leaves a lot to be desired, can't say I'd fork out anywhere near the amount of $$$ they want for it.

I agree. I wouldn't waste my money unless the hot women on the commercials came with it.
