drawing from 2vials,2cc's,help

OKay i need some help with this,it just came to mind
1st step
sterilize the top of the vial,
2ndStep
take the syringe and pull the plunger to 1cc of air,insert syringe in vial and press down to release the pressure and pull out 1cc of test

next step???? what do i do next with i want to draw up EQ in the same syringe with the test,do i flip the syringe up,where the needle faces the ceiling,pull plunger down to 2cc flip down and insert into the EQ VIAL for another 1cc

making it 2cc???????

after the 1st cc is in,put the plunger right at the 1 cc mark so it dosent leak out the 1st cc.then draw up another cc
if you are using amps and vials,do the vial first because you know the amp is accurate.

i actually draw back the whole 3 ccs of air....then push that into the vial..makes it ewasier to draw out the 1cc of oil....then i just pull it out...pull the plunger back and forth a couple time to get all oil out of the needle, then pull back again to 3ccm then insertinto next vial, push in 2ccs of air, then draw out my CC of whatever...

pretty simple.

whoop first is the TEST drawed to 1cc than i draw to 2cc right? dont i have to flip the 2nd vial over aswell as the syring facing ceiling so i got mix the test into the eq???
