injection pain

i took my first shot today in the shoulder and it's killing me, this is my third cycle and i have never felt a pain this bad. it can't lift my arm without grimacing. I know that some pain is usual but how much is to much.

what size pin did you use? what did you shoot? i always use a heating pad for 45mins immediately following injection and it dispurses the oil well.

i get the same sh1t bro you gotta rub the injection sit for a few min after injection it helps allot or use a heating pad
