not sure never had it but i hear your nips get sore puffy lumpy
what you have might be a sign that your starting to get gyno
are you running an anti e if not you should start now if you are then up the dose

no i'm not getting ready to order some just to be on the safe side. there not lumpy or really sore just when you press on them really hard if that makes sense!!

as an early sign your nipples will be soft more often than hard and the area surrounding the nipple may become alittle pointy

Just a thought, but if you're pressing on your nipple really hard then it could be YOU making it hurt and not gyno.
