bf % 10 (estimate)

1st cycle 500mg of sust per week 10 weeks
2nd cycle 500mg sust pw 400mg deca pw 10 weeks
3rd cycle 500mg test ent pw 400mg deca pw 10 weeks

this is the cycle im hoping to go on:

week 1-4 dbol @ 30mg per day
week 1-10 deca @ 400mg per week
week 1-12 sust @ 250mg every other day
running nolv @ 1tab per day throughout cycle
pct after cycle

u can run the deca till week 12 since it will take right around the same time as the sus to clear ur system and start pct (if im wrong correct me please)
also run b-6 @ 200mg ed for deca gyno

u might want to try dostinex for deca gyno, and l dex if u want to keep the bloat down at .25 mgs ed

its expensive for me to, but b 6 is very toxic, and can cause nearal problems when its administered over 200 mgs ed, dostinex is a lot safer, so for me, its worth the price, my next prop/fina i am going to use dostinex

You may also want to think about increasing the dbol to 40mg/ed. Depending on the brand you are running, 30mg may be to low.

Looks good to me, id up the d-bol to around 40-50mg and include b6 200mg ed..had great gains from something similier..

oh right cheers mate, sort of confused me there, so l-dex is the best for reducing water, can u tell me wht i can expect to pay for it, how is it supplied and how is it administerd

anabolic steroids more or less aromatize i.e. part of the substance is converted into estrogens, male bodybuilders can experience a sig-nificant elevation in the normally very low estrogen level. This can lead to feminization symptoms such as gynecomastia (growth of breast glands), increased fat deposits and higher water retention.
Nolvadex works against this by blocking the es-trogen receptors of the effected body tissue, thereby inhibiting a bonding of estrogens and receptor. ie- prevention of gyno and helps keep the water down...
