    First shot...glut max or glut med?

    What hurts less? maximus or medius? Medius is a tad easier to get to and from my understanding has less nerves?

    Any of you with experience in both? Id like to hit the site with the least amount of pain for my first shot.

    Its all just about the same bro. My favorite spot to inject is my quads and delts.

    People here favor both sites. I never tried the maximus, I just couldn't see trying to twist around like that. I have shot the medius though and it was pretty easy (not as easy as delts or quads). Good luck.
