How the Fuk can you aspirate on a delt shot??? need 3 hands.

Never Apspirated till now, first time was a few hrs ago. FUK is it every hard, I could barely reach around till pull back on the plunger. Quad shots would be easy to aspirate , but how the fuk would you aspirate when doing a delt shot??? need 3 hands.

Also did my shot today in left Glute, in the Gluteus Medius, **** I could barely reach around with my right so I could pull the plunger back with my left. ANy technique tips would be great.

what do you mean. I know how to inject, I know how to aspirate and all that ****, just need to know if you bro's do it with your TWI hands, I know ill have to get my GF to do my delt shots foresure, but I could barely reach around to my glute to do that one, quads will be easy.

One handed plunger pull. Remember it doesn't take much pressure at all if you're in a vein.

I'm lazy and have ripped myself up to many times before

ohhhh never new that, thanks bro. Yeh cause today it was well not easy to pull back kinda took some force and bubbles went in so i injected. 1st time using 25G needle too, usually use 22G and **** does it take soo much long to inject.

lol you think thats hard, try aspirating on your traps. first you try and grip it right and that moves the pin in the muscle, then you gotta peer real close in the mirror ahh good times

Unless your 4 foot wide or have very short arms i cant see why you would have a hard time shooting delts it sounds like your aiming to far around the shoulder.

I was lookin at the spotinjections **** and they use one hand, so I geuss I would have no problems. Im problem is my hands are small as fuk, im sure itll get easier, ill see tom.

No problem shooting them, 1st time aspirating, never used to do it, started today,.

You will get a good technique going after a while on delts, i use the thumb to draw back the barrel and hold the rest of the pin in the palm of my hand. If you can understand that.

shiiiiiit bro, u shoot in the traps??? daaamn, yeh I was chekin out some trap injections at spot and fuk that sure looks difficult, I couldn't imagine trying to aspirate that, had a hard enough time with the glute.
