Hello All,
Today is the last day of my 4 Week M1T cycle - I'll be hitting my legs today, but I can't get back to the gym until Tuesday.
Would I be better to run M1T for a few more days (until Monday?) and then start my PCT.
I'm just a bit concerned about sitting on my rump for 3 days straight after coming off the M1T.
Or am I being a big girl’s blouse?
