Newbie First cycle help??
Hey bros,
I am currently 30 yrs old with about 15% BF, weigh 210, 6' i have purchased 100 50mg Dbol tablets, and a vial of test/prop. I also have 8 amps of test depot(galinka). I am very eager to start however i dont know how much of each i should take or when i should take em. So im kinda stuck and dont want to OD on too much of something. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Oh yeah one more question how the hell do i open the small glass amps without breaking em? Thanks bros

ya i know about pct and i have ordered some nolv for that. I also have plenty of creatine and protein for my ptc. Im total newbie and dont understand how to convert cc's to mgs so any help is appreciated thanks guys.

what about clomid? how is your diet? at 15%bf u might shoot up to 20% if u don't have the diet right and don't have the necessary things to keep the estrogen sides down. there is nothing to convert. 1ml=1cc.

my diet as of now consists of minimal carb intake and high protein. I am doing a ****load of cardio as well. so how many mgs are a cc for example if i have a syringe what number on the syringe repesents mgs? like is the #1 on the syringe 250 mgs or 500 mgs ..thanks for your responses soo2bhuge

First you do not have enough gear. Second your diet and training have to come first. So while you educate yourself on AAS, get your diet and training routine in order.
Your still young at 30. Take your time and do it right the first time...

ok guys i have read the whole fu**ing morning lol...and this is what i have come to in terms of a 1st cycle.
week 1-4 dbol 25g
week 1-8 test/prop 500mg(week 1) then weeks 2-8 250mg
week 1-8 test enantat 250mg
week 1-8 nolva 20mg
PCT after last injection of test/prop and enatat
clomid
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ed (every day)
day 12-21 50 mg ed
correct me on ANYTHING u guys feel is wrong...one more question is it ok to maintain my cardio AFTER lifting kinda like a cool down???

i am obviously gonna get me some more gear, my **** source sold me the stuff cheap and obviously not enuff, so along with more gear i will be giving him a well deserved ass kicking.....

since your an oakland fan ill help you out j/jkn
,but you will still need to do more than read for 1 morning,you need to be aware of the sides,risks,proper pct,ect.
a first cycle should be something like this:it can be run 10 or 12 weeks
wks 1 -12 test e or cyp 400-500mg/wk split into 2 shots/wk (ex. 200-250mg mondays 200-250mg thursdays)
weeks 1 through end pct nolva 20mg/ed
2 weeks after last shot of test pct with clomid
day 1 300mg
days 2-11 100mg/ed
days 12-21 50mg/ed

forst cycle, try this:
week 1 to 12 500mg test-e
week 1 to 4 30mg d-bol/day
week 1 to 12 10mg nolva/day
week 14 to 17 pct
prop needs to be shot every day. for a first cycle you might
not like that. test-e is shot twice a week. see how ya like that
and save the prop for next time. like said above diet and training
will be what makes it for you. and yes a little cardio is ok but
you wanna make sure ya get that pwo shake in before 20 min.
it is not just what you eat but when you eat it. you might want

thanks alot for all your help bros, i will continue to read and read and read ... im gonna hold off for now on starting until firstly i get more gear from that a-hole...and secondly gonna order some well needed clomid. i believed this guy cuz he was like on his 5th or 6th cycle and he suggested doing a 6 week cycle and i was like WTF all i read on here says 8-10 minimum.

The concentration referes to your gear so if you a 10ml bottle of test e thats at 250mg/ml, 1 ml of fluid in the syringe is equal to 250 mg of test. 1ml=1cc, this is fluid volume. Mg refers to concentration (mass). Do some research, its definitely better to do it right and get good results than do it wrong with no results and lots of sides.
