    Question First timer T4

    Could anyone help me and give me information about T4?
    like doses?

    sideffects?

    cycling??

    Your best bet is to trade it in for some T3. T4 really blows.

    I agree t3 is a better option. I believe that T4 coverst to T3 in the body at about 25% of the origioanl ammount. IE 100mcg of t4 converts to 25mcg of t3.
